It's 1920s, in your size for $25: buy it!
Even if you don't think you need a tux at the moment, in the future, you'll be invited to some event and need a tux, and you'll think 'Why didn't I buy that $25 1920s tux?'
In my experience, unlike most other suits, finding trousers to match a dinner jacket is possible (unlike trying to match trousers to an orphanes suit jacket). Also, the most likely locations for wearing it will be in a room where the lighting will make it easy for slight differences in shade will pass unnoticed.

Foiled by science! I still maintain it is easier to find a close enough match. I can't see the difference on mine (which are mismatched) and if I can't spot it, I'm not concerned. Of course, if the jacket is faded, finding amatch might be a little tricky.

I agree TT. While indeed shades of black can be discernible under artificial light, it is possible to match evening wear.
Easiest with molton/felty black cloth or Barathea. More difficult with worsted. I have a Swedish tuxedo jacket which has almost (say 95%) identical cloth to a pair of German trousers. It is impossible to tell the difference. It becomes difficult to "mix and match", when one is buying online, though. I had the luck of first buying the trousers online, and by chance finding the jacket in a store... I was therefore able to compare them before buying.

The combination I usually wear is a British jacket made in the late 1950s and trousers that I suspect were made in Germany in the 1930s.
