Grey/Silver long hair felt w/ grey box bow
Old Silver/Grey long hairs are rare. The finish was normally every color, as long as it was black.
Hat is plush and super soft to the touch
Moth damage under the brim. Moths seem to favor these old long hairs, but don't let that distract you from this amazingly wearable piece of hat history
The sweatband looks to have been replaced in the 1950s, and was replaced with a 1950s Mallory Ten sweatband, which was "stamped-out". Pretty interesting!
