Got a special one here folks. You may have seen Heat Straps starting to get some serious attention with their run of deck jackets. This is a piece from an extremely limited run of their 5th edition Workhorse jacket, made in collaboration with Carl Murawski. Has a more workwear-oriented cut, with a bi-swing back and a slightly cropped fit for accessing tools/pockets. According to Carl, only about 40 or 50 of these were made. I have one here completely new unworn (except to try on) in box.

Details:
-24oz (!!) Martexin olive waxed canvas. Makes the 10oz fabric on Dehen's deck jacket look like paper. Real stiff, takes some effort to break in but will get there eventually
-Gorgeous, plush, black mouton lining. As good as it gets.
-Mouton collar
-Propriety "hardwear" wool lining in sleeves
-Super beefy two-way brass #10 YKK zipper
-Very spacious handwarmer/tool pockets, also lined in mouton
-Patterned for actual work
-24" PTP

More info from Carl Murawski here

Listed on eBay if you prefer to go through there
There is one other listed on eBay for $1.3k -- same price as Dehen's N1, but this thing can run circles around that one in terms of durability, with a mouton lining that's every bit as nice. This jacket will serve you for this winter, every winter to follow, and your children's winters as well.

I am offering it to TFL for $985 + shipping PPFF (or G&S, buyer pays fees)

The lining is very thick, making this more like a traditional small/medium. The size is probably most appropriate for those who wear 36-40, depending on how much you intend to layer underneath. Since the mouton essentially serves as an extremely effective midlayer you really only need a baselayer underneath, unless you are going into truly arctic subzero (Fahrenheit) conditions and staying still for prolonged periods of time. For those who wear size 42 it very well could work, but it really depends on how your specific body shape works with the pattern, and you most likely wouldn't be able to layer much.
