I recently tried on one of their jackets, the « convoy » in a shop here in France. Honestly, it fit really well and looked pretty good. No where near the quality of a Lost Worlds, Aero, real Schott, etc, but not all that bad. Overpriced, sure, but not bad. Maybe they’re improving?- Sean66

Thanks, I really like the higher crown and the dress weight felt. It does seem that mid oval is not that common, and I was curious to how it would fit. I’m a long oval, so it’s a bit snug in the front, but is stretching out with time. -

Hi everyone, This may be a dumb question, but what’s the difference between a mid and long oval in terms of fit? I have an OR 7 1/4 regular oval that fits a bit snug and was wondering if a mid oval might fit better. Thanks, Sean -

Yes, it’s a great hat. Nice felt between western and dress weight. I’ve been toying with the idea of reducing the brim width, though, either with a pencil curl or outright trimming. -
