New Ladies and Gents Step Forward
Just joined. I am a milliner / hat maker. I mainly make ladies' hats but Top hats and Fedoras for guys have been flying out the door as fast as I make them. The ink from the newspaper ink may stain the hat if you sweat in it. Try Pellon nonfusible interfacing from a fabric store, or a strip of terry clothe behind the grosgrain.- ClaraBelles_Hats_etc

Couple of issues with new fedora: pinhole, stains from skin
sometimes it's best to just put a bit of adjustment material inside between the crown and the grosgrain. The best adjustment material is pellon interfacing, nonfusible. This way if your hairstyle changes, the hat can then be made to fit again. The pin hole was most likely made by a past price...- ClaraBelles_Hats_etc
