Vintage Cal Straight zip Leather jacket
Thank you! Is there a way to tell the difference between steerhide and horsehide? If so, does the weight play a role? I believe it weighs about 5lbs. Also, the seller stated that it was hh, but I’m pretty new to leather, so I just wanted to make sure haha.- N1011

Hi everyone, I recently picked up a Cal straight zip, and had a few questions. I was wondering if it’s from the 50s or 60s, and whether it was HH or not? I see that all the zippers are Talon, however, I’m not quite sure. Thanks!- N1011
