    Hopefully if I can find a good leather guy, he'll have some options for adjustability in the very back I shouldn't need much adjustment, but it would be nice to have some since some hats may be thicker than others, or it may need to be tighter to prevent it from moving around.

    That's what I'm thinking, have it fit snug but be adjustable so I can wear it on different hats would be my goal.
