    MA-1 Flight jacket

I don't know if The US military ever purchased Spiewak. I have a green one. It was issued to me by a law enforcement agency. MA-1 jackets are not a part of the patrol uniform in my agency. The patrol uniform is navy blue. MA-1 jackets were issued for special or specific assignments...

    Taylor's Leather Wear Police Jackets

There's a little tag around the collar which says "Made In Pakistan". You can remove it. I took mine off. Now I have a good jacket, which does not say "Made In Pakistan". My experience has been that Taylor's Leather jackets are pretty good. I own several. I haven't had a problem with any...

    Stacy Adams Date

If you are just looking for a pair of boots, Stacy Adams are okay for light use. They do feel comfortable. The fit is okay. The prices are low. You can wear them for walking around, going to dinner, or sitting at your work desk. I wore a pair of Stacy Adams on a week-long Las Vegas trip. A...

    Stacy Adams Date

Just my opinion. I think that you got a pair of shoes with a crocodile print. Stacy Adams is known for using something that they call "kid leather" . Stacy Adams shoes and boots are produced using very low cost material and manufacturing. I doubt if you got an exotic leather.

    Chinese leather jackets

I remember that decade. I don't think "oversized" was a fit trend. But clothes were made with enough room to move around, carry things in the pockets, and generally not feel skin tight. It was right around that time that jeans were sold with "loose fit", "baggy fit", "relaxed fit", etc. Up...

    Johnson Leather Jacket

As far as I know, they are still in business. Contract manufacturing. Making jackets for other labels and brands. Sometimes subcontracting to an overseas manufacturing plant. Those jackets all vary in quality, as specified by the contract. In years past, I recall seeing labels from Habitat...

Beans are not sexy. Unless you grew up eating beans, it's very difficult to acquire the taste for them. They don't smell good when you cook them. They look like............ poo with garnish

    A2 sizing

Just like this guy........ wear the jacket if it feels good. Is it comfortable? Then that's all that matters. You do not need to wear a tight jacket just because someone saw a 75 year old photo of the jacket fitting tight.

With all the controversy in the news about the Dilbert cartoon, and Elon Musk speaking out to support Dilbert....... I found out 1st-hand that for some people, race and skin color is a real divider. But that conversation is for another point in time, where people can have the conversation...

She Who Shows Up For No Reason. The '9ers lost. I was not needed at work. There would be no out of control celebrations tonight. Nobody is taking to the streets to light fireworks, set dumpsters on fire, break store windows, or commit any other acts of malicious mischief to support the hometown...

On The Bridge. That's actually the name of the place. It's a mom & pop spot, actually on the pedestrian foot bridge over Webster Street, which connects the JapanTown buildings. According to the owner, his food reflects the Meiji Restoration period of Japan. Japanese curry, spaghetti, pizza...

    The 80s, myth and reality?

Rambo put a positive spin on survival knives. If you lived in The U.S.A. during the 80's, you will remember the infomercial. Suddenly, survival knives which were really useless for survival, were turning up everywhere. I knew a guy who had one in his office desk drawer. People were putting...
