Again, it isn't the norm for JDM 38 to be a 48 cm chest. Of course you can find examples though. Some brands do seem to fit smaller, like flat head.- cbez

How long does it usually take to get a reply from Goodwear Leather ?
Deposit is gone my friend. Apparently goodwear is fairly good about returning deposits after blowing past their lead times, so I take this part back. There are too many beautiful jackets (boots too!) out there to waste your time and money ordering from these makers who don't have their shit...- cbez

38 chest is usually more like 51-53cm usually in Japanese brands. But there is always measurement variations and production variance. I have learned to basically not second guess the listing measurements, every time I thought I was smarter I was wrong.- cbez
