    Sort of off topic a bit, but I was able to have a friend pick me up a SAS Beret (the tan one) in the 1980s when he was in London. It was one of the current at the time issue.

    The Goodwear Jackets are great! I have one on order (Perry Sportswear in Russet Horsehide) and now just have to wait until it gets here. :rolleyes: However, Ithinks it will get here about the time the weather cools off here in California so I won't have to sweat when I try it on.

    I have bought several items from Jerry and all I can say is that I am quite happy with the things I have bought from him. :) The shipping cost is quite reasonable and quick although right now they are a bit behind due to the amount of orders.

    I agree that fours months is not to bad for handmade items. I also do Civil War reenacting and have waited 6 months for a pair of pants! :D . I did have another pair to wear so I wasn't running around in my underwear.
