I'll second that - It doesn't make much sense why vintage 60's classic stingy brim (but in my case classic means a .5" brim) hats are more rarer than older 40's/50's fedora's. It is extremely rare to find a 60's stingy brim with .5" brim...I think easier to vintage find .5" stingy brims over at...- 1on1

actually I am now back to zero...a very strange thing. When I am replying to a personal messege the UPLOAD FILE button is missing, but now on this very thread I see there is an UPLOAD FILE button, why this discrepancy ??- 1on1

strike that..i now see how it works, basically there is no instant insertion, you first have to upload an image into an "album" that is kept in your account I presume, which will then allow you to inser images from.. Not sure why this long process instead of the usual "instant insertion...- 1on1

Does anyone know if you can INSERT a photo as opposed to posting a link of the photo?..is there another option other than having your image appear as a link that someone has to then click to view image? Yes ive tried the "insert" button but it does everything BUT take me to my drive to select an...- 1on1

i'll second that..these suits are getting seriously hard to find (separates less hard ofcourse), one suit comes up for auction about every 6 months or so nowadays..as FF mentioned, especially if its immaculate. yea i did tail that 40's PB linen on ebay..sadly i got buried in an avalanche of other desperate bidders. Still, given a choice i would shoot for a 30's rendition,although given the finite nature of vintage i am now having to look at the more plain-er 40's version..lets hope i wont have to... -

that one closed at $625 actually..I don't think he has anymore..it was a great suit though, but I was not too big on the gathered pleating on the back of the jacket, plus the pants were pleated too. Palm Beach Linen Suit 36 (or Smaller) Anyone ?
Hi folks...the finite nature of vintage has forced me to look outside the ebay/etsy box..in my quest to snag a 30's belt-back Palm Beach Linen suit in Sz 36 or smaller (34 maybe?). Can anyone suggest how else I could possibly broaden the hunt ? till soon 1on1- 1on1
