It's not the best, but it'll give an idea of the fit. Bunyip, this leather is suppose to fade to brown. It has a black dye across the top then fades to the brown beneath over time. For motorcycle leathers, I would go with their brown 5.5oz leather. Ive got a sample of it and it's a nice soft, smooth leather with a dark brown color. I've scratched it repeatedly with a nail and the marks just seem to buff right out without ever getting through the color. So, it won't age in...- Lando

To my knowledge they will adjust the fit. I haven't done much more than adjust body length and sleeve length, but I've read of people doing far more than that.
