I have an Irish Walking Hat from Hanna Hats that has been chewed on by dogs and other indignities have been foisted upon it. It is still one of my favorite and most utilitarian hats.

This is an Alessandria that I have posted in the Borsalino Brotherhood thread. Both Joe Peters and Jimmy Pierce believe the hat to date from the late 1920's to the early 1930's. There is no size tag or number series on the original sweatband.

The guys in Ft. Worth based their assessment of the age of the hat on the liner which is sewn-in silk...
I wore this Borsalino Alessandria today. The sweatband was replaced by Jimmy Pierce. Otherwise, the hat is completely original. Joe Peters and JP said they think this hat was made in the late 1920's or early 1930's.
