Looking for Moto Style brown leather jacket recommendations
Of the three, I'd go with Aero. The Sheene is a great jacket, the build quality and materials exceed Schott, and the price beats Field. Consider the August collar as an alternative to the Highwayman collar. For leather, you have a lot of great options, from CXL to Badalassi. Kelpie, Jerky...- Guppy

Would this warrant an exchange?
As it wears in it will become less noticeable. The other grain will emerge through the top coat and it will blend in. You'll see it because you know it's there, but anyone else will just see the jacket.- Guppy

Aero leather natural chromexcel
Aero have two or three natural leathers that I'm aware of. Horween natural CXL, Natural Vicenza, and Unfinished horsehide. Natural CXL has sort of a honey like color. Natural Vicenza starts out a lighter shade and darkens to a more orange brown. Unfinished looks like a white guy walking around...- Guppy

No clue about the fabric. As for ink on leather, the stain of the ink can be all but impossible to remove, if the leather is light colored, you're pretty screwed. If the leather is black, then the ink may not show very well, and may only be apparent when the light reflects off the jacket at...- Guppy
