My sister forwarded this to me. In spite of its somewhat imbalanced perspective and perhaps some debatable nomenclature, I found it a delight to read. Sorry if it has already been posted. Enjoy!

Hi everyone,
I'm relisting these hats. Most aren't FL quality, but feel free to pass the word if you know anyone interested! The Dobbs velour is quite nice, and would work great with a new ribbon if you don't like the conchos! ;) :cool...
I am unloading a few handfuls of various hats! Is your next one here?
First, a beautiful navy blue velour western (7 1/8) by Dobbs: Golden Coach. Felt is impeccable, liner and sweatband are faded, but in good condition. Medium crown, 3 inch brim. Dark navy leather band with buckle and metal...
I need to thin the herd, and have a few other 7 1/4 hats to sell!
These are a couple of real beauties, that I've been hesitant to unload, but I just can't stand padding sweatbands.
First, the venerable Borsalino "Renna" (reindeer), a fabulous soft as butter green heather felt that has a...
Now this hat needs to be on someone's head, not on my ears! It is a 7 1/4, with a seriously comfy sweatband.
Color is silver belly that reflects a tiny bit of sage in the right light, with thin 3/8" ribbon and bound edge, very similar to an Open Road, but with a 2 1/4" brim.
I can't say...
Another gorgeous hat in mint condition! It is a rich navy blue, and extremely comfortable to wear. I've never been able to get any insight as to the maker, but the lining is very fine and has a gilded looking coat of arms.
$60 to your door (in the US)!
What a cool hat! It is a true black (maybe hard to tell from the photos) with a medium-low crown and stingy brim. The original sweatband has been resewn in without the reed (on account of it had come mostly detached anyway) by Falcon Park Hattery.
It is Resistol's 3X dress felt, which has a...
I had hoped this would get more head time, but it hasn't. It's like new, with a beautiful "oak" coloration on the palm straw. The sweatband is fabric, and conforms easily.
$40 shipped in the US.
This loden green hat is like new. I hardly ever wore it. While modern, it is well made and very comfortable. The brim is 2 1/4".
Yours for $40 shipped in the US!
Wormser Supreme Quality
This hat fits well, conforms well, is in near perfect condition, has a nice full crown, and a 1 3/4" stingy bound brim. Liner is copper, and sweatband is black and very comfortable. It has a wide black ribbon with a thin yellow feather and a dog pin. Very sharp...
It's a sweet hat, with a cool mesh liner and folded fabric logo. The sweatband is detaching in a couple of spots, but is very comfortable, with neat diamond pattern perforations. The straw is in great shape, with a spot on the very back of the brim where it is just starting to compromise.
The...
Here's a nice little western for a size 7 head. While not that old, the hat is in mint condition. The felt, sweatband, liner, ribbon, are all in top shape, although the sweatband isn't the highest quality leather.
$40 shipped in the US.
This hat is awesome, but too big for me. Obviously very worn, and not in the greatest shape, but cool nonetheless. The sweatband appears to have been glued in at some point (not by me), but seems secure.
Asking $40 shipped in the US.
Another very fine hat! It does have some wear, showing in a smudge on the underside of the brim, but the felt is in great shape. I'm confident a pro could remove it. The liner is intact and clean, but wrinkled. Too big for me, and deserves to be worn!
Takes a new crease very well, too!
Asking...
I bought this beauty last February, and it's just not getting head time. The felt, sweatband, and liner, are all in excellent condition. Also comes in the original box with the info slip. There is a small smudge roughly 1cm wide on the underside of the brim near the sweatband. I have a bit over...
The beat up Stetson Nutria Quality I wore all last week on tour made a special appearance on the news tonight!
