Custom Aero CR too big in arms?

The only opinion that matters is yours. No matter whatever other people here say, if you feel it's too big in the arms you're not going to wear it.

    Pike Brothers jackets, trousers etc.

^^ Thank you for that, appreciated.

    Pike Brothers jackets, trousers etc.

Thank you for that. I meant the cuff and waist knits and you've answered that. I was concerned they may have been a little loose. Have a RMC Tanker jacket with the melton wool lining and that causes no issues so will be ok the the Pike Bros lining. Thanks for your quick reply, will order one...

@MrProper How 'grippy' are the knits in the Deck Zip jacket as thinking of getting one? Thanks.

Should this help anyone with sizing questions..... Pike Bros N-1 arrived today and fits perfectly, as though it was made to measure I'm 6ft 2in, 44" chest, 34" waist and broad shoulders and the jacket size is L.

    ANJ-4 overkill for UK weather?

On the other hand...... Just getting to the end of my first Winter with my ANJ-4 and I've found it to be perfect. Live in the Midlands so temps rarely go severely low however, with being a crusty I now feel the cold more than I ever used to. If I start to get too warm in it then I just unzip it.

horsehide jacket - how long to break-in?

Managed to pick an Aero FQHH jacket up from ebay a while back and they've dated it (via the label) to be approx 35-38 yrs old, current model is listed as a Cheyenne. Looks like it's had the ass knocked off it and has likely been worn as a work jacket However it will still stand up by itself :)

A visit to Aero at just the right time!

Went up to Aero last week with the intention of ordering an A2 in goatskin. Was part ex-ing a couple of jackets , a Happy Days in battered horse hide and a Sheene in black badalassi so keep your eyes on their 'used' section! Walked into the showroom and spotted an A2 hanging by itself on one...

What "Style" do you WISH you could pull off, but know you can't?

I like styles from the 40's and 50's e.g Oxford bag trousers, high waisted chinos, short jackets etc. I feel fortunate that having a 33" waist, 44" chest and broad shoulders along with being 6ft 2" I can carry it off. Although I will admit that when walking down the street I can look like a...

    Will do.

    Aero J-106 with KOTR back.

Yes it is removable however, I felt that with no belt at all it didn't look right. I liked the look of the buckle end but not the longer tail end flapping about.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Picked this up from eBay earlier this year and first wear today. Aero CXL Steerhide, around 30-35 yrs old and very well broken in. After a few cleans with saddle soap the leather is a buttery feel to the touch yet will still stand up by itself.

-15% at Aero, but only this week.

I'll admit that all my jackets are Aero. Two reasons for that....firstly they're not a million miles from me so I can go up and have a look at something I want...secondly they have my fit nailed. Ok, prices have gone up yet I still feel that what you actually get is still good value.

J106 with KOTR back in Tobacco Badalassi.

No issues at all with mobility. The reason I went for that back was simply due to the fact the belt disappears into the kidney panel bit and thought it looked a little cleaner.

I've jumped on a J-106 with a KOR back. Already have one in black Badalassi so now have one on the way in Tobacco Brown Badalsssi. I keep saying no more :)
