If you read through this thread you will see Mr. P reportedly adds his own stiffener. If you talk to him he may be able to add more depending on how stiff you want it. He may have western weight felts too but I am not sure how many colors he has in those.
Yes, that is where I got this one. I think their inventory is dwindling down. David Morgan has the Sydney too in a couple of colors but none left in my size.
The Fedora model has reportedly been discontinued. If I had gotten one earlier I would have probably wound up with a couple of more. I always thought they looked a little small in photos but it is at least as big as a modern stratoliner.
Last couple of days out and about in post-Siberian weather.
Yesterday it was an Akubra Fedora in Burnt Oak in some bright sun.
Today a Premier Stratoliner in Mink. A Nording freehand along for the ride.
That hat might have some bad luck or a curse or something! Send it this way and in a few months or so I will have an exorcism performed and test it out completely to insure said curse is lifted. It will probably only take a few months or so.. Wait what size do your wear? Oh.. nevermind...
There is a seller on ebay that sells Coober Pedy's with different creases. Cool looking and might give you more pics to look at and an idea of what you can do with crown & brim if you want. I kinda like the little mule kick in front.
I like the moss green. I have not seen it in person I am...

Hat block. I wear 7 1/4 or 58 mostly. If I want a hat block to make an existing hat open crown with the sweat still on what size should I order? 7 1/8?
Are you selling hats now? Have you seen a Stetson corhill strat? Wondering how close the suede carmel felt is. It looks really close in some of Brent's photos.
Thanks that helps a lot. What color ribbons are those brown and iron gray? I don't mind the slight roughness, especially if I make it a woods hat, but do not really want a fuzzy hat. On my monitor that peanut looks pretty close to a Winchester pecan. I would love to see a real photo of the...
I did get a response from Mr. P on Amazon about a couple of questions on details on a hat. Took less than 3 days.
My questions
"The Phoenix, Brand: Agnoulita Hats
Does the crown height describe the open crown height or the creased height at the pinch? Does "none" on the crown height custom...
