    The new one at 38 fits me better. The old one at 36 was tight around my chest and shoulders. The sleeves on the new one (38) is a little longer to the first knuckle of my thumbs, but doable for me. As sleeve creases form, the sleeve will ride up a little. I would think the 38 may fit you better...
