If any one is interested but doesn't like the price, make an offer...I won't be offended and am willing to deal. At the very least, we can always politely decline if a mutually agreeable number cannot be worked out...thanks, Hoss

I have tried and tried but can't carry off the cool look that I associate with the narrow brims. I have three models of various vintage that I'd like to move.
First up is a really nice green Borsalino, 2" brim with an interesting ribbon treatment. The sweat is stamped 1963 and it was sold in...
A medium weight brown Borsalino that fits me perfectly between a 7 1/2 and 7 5/8. It has a 3" brim and appears to have been sold originally in Germany (Munchen?). Felt is pliable and hand creases nicely. No issues that I have noticed; unfortunately, I picked it up just after purchasing a darker...
I am moving some hats that do not (or never did) get enough head time to warrant the space they're taking up in the closet. This is a 50's era Borsalino with a 2 7/8" brim. The color is listed as Opale, the felt is thin and lightweight and easily takes the hand crease. The previous owner...
I am moving some hats that do not (or never did) get enough head time to warrant the space they're taking up in the closet. This is a 40's era 3x Beaver Stetson, size 7 1/2 with a 3" brim and "Tailored Edge". There are a couple moth tracks and the sweat is loose. Tall, straight sides...not...
Congrats on the find! Most excellent! I'll defer to more expert opinions regarding the best way to rehab your hat but to answer your question about the size...your hat was tagged using the punti system and I think a 6 is the same as a 7 1/4. The cord you referred to is a wind trolley and...
I'd have to agree with you, Ale...Anytime you buy sight unseen, there is the risk of disappointment. But if you go back to the beginning of the ebay thread, there have been some unbelievable deals (and not just of the tiny head variety) before the competition heated up for all things fedora...
Perfect timing! I am in the process of ordering some ribbon and attempting to rework a hat that came to me w/o a ribbon/bow. This may give me ideas and examples...thanks! :)
What an awesome find, Eric! I agree with your assertion that silverbelly is king but I certainly love green hats and that strat is spectacular! Sure you'll hear it often but color me green with envy...
