Mr. Portolan, I'd like the looks of Hat #2 but maybe with some side dents to give it a cattleman's crease and maybe in a little different color. Silverbelly or Indycop's butternut color would be good choices for you...my two cents. -

I'd second Colby's suggestion of contacting Major Moore. He might already have something ready to go that he could tweak to your specs. I'd definitely recommend Art too, but I don't doubt that Christmas is out of the question for him. -
