    ***Miracle acne cure alert*** Spironolactone - my derm prescribed it about three weeks ago and my skin has never been so clear. No side effects either. It's used for all kinds of things other than acne [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spironolactone] but it is working wonders for me.
