I think whatever time, place, etc. you live in, it's up to you and nobody else to make it how you want it to be. If you don't like cellphones, don't use cellphones, if you don't like wearing jeans, don't wear jeans. People have complained and whined about their lives since the beginning of time...
Though there are some things I disagree with (church on Sundays, pledging allegiance to the flag, etc.) You have a great point, but unfortunately there are not enough people who want a change for it to happen, I think. I hope things will calm down within the next few decades, but I think we're...
I get cute all the time. Which is better than nothing, I guess....
I'm almost eighteen dammit, I don't want to be cute and adorable! What am I, a puppy? It's even worse when you're a guy.... I think. I don't really know, I don't have much experience at being a girl. So, I'm probably wrong.
Must be something in the cheese... haha
It really is irritating though, especially when people thinks it's just soooo hilarious and you've heard it a million times.
Got this last Wednesday:
And one with pomade, which I'm really on the fence with. Does it look better with or without? :/ I'm thinking without because when I do have it in it makes me look younger.... I'm going to be 18 in a month and already get mistaken for being younger enough as it is...
1. Heard.
2. We've almost all heard manual typewriters in movies, I would think.
3. Never heard.
4. Nope.
5. Heard.
6. Heard.
7. Nope
8. Nope
9. Nope
10. Yup, I have one right behind me as I type. Not on though.
11. Yup, but it was the record player that was broken, not the record.
Found this framed portrait at Goodwill.
It's from 1918, and on the back is written 'Uncle George Crossland.' Guess I have a new uncle!
(Sorry for the poor quality of the picture)
I found this beautiful portrait at Goodwill from 1918.
On the back is written 'Uncle George Crossland.' There the man is in white tie for a professional photograph and apparently none of his decedents care in the least. I certainly hope it was a mistake, but anyway I have a new uncle George!
