Anthony Hopkins was born in Margarm, Port Talbot South Wales in 1937 (Which is about 20 miles east from me).. I think he's a great actor...A bit wild in his younger days though. :rolleyes: Always wanted to see "The Worlds Fastest Indian" but haven't got round to it yet. During the war...- Eyemo

When I worked for the MoD at Pendine, in our photo-archive was a collection of pictures taken (I'm guessing) winter of 1947. The sea around the coast of South Wales had frozen over , Landrover took advantage of this and the pictures show the MKI prototype being tested,up to it's bonnet in...- Eyemo

Both were stills shots taken while shooting for TV... The top one was for a Doco on a Welsh Guy who was in the 82nd AB at Manhay...the other (I'm the one with the camers and cigar) was for an "Universal" TV commercial..:) ... -
