I would like to go to the openhouse but I will be participating in the Reenactment being held at Resaca, GA. I do WBTS artillery reenacting with the Cherokee Artillery out of Rome, GA.

I just received my western conversion from Major Mike today. I wore it out this evening and had a gentleman tell me that he liked the hat and his words were "It's a dandy" I agree. Thanks Major, it is a wonderful hat. :) :) :)
Welcome to the lounge. I too have had a good experience with Major Mike. He did a conversion on a western resistol for me. I will be sending him payment tomorrow and will also post some pictures as soon as the hat arrives. I look forward to seeing your new hats as well.

Worn to see the troops off.
I wore my trench and Camp Draft to see our local troops off this morning. It was very windy and rainy. I used my wind trolly today for the first time. It works. One gentleman in town ended up chasing his hat accross the street.
