You have to work the pinch front into it yourself, very few homburgs come with a ready made pinch front, You could steam the pitch into it if you want a pinch.
An I also agree with dinerman. Homburgs are not made to have turn down brims.....

There are plenty of fedora's out there.

sometimes there is materiel tucked into the sleeve, maybe an inch or two.
Just pinch around the cuff to check.
A tailor or seem tress can let that out for you.
