yes sometimes the instructions are vague and frustrating, but they are at least marked as very easy on up, so you know know what to expect when you start (translation: "very easy" means not quite to the point of pulling your hair out lol )

wow that's awesome, more people need to learn to make bread. yes it takes practice and different types will behave differently but it's worth the effort. man I lived in the wrong place we never had anything fun like that in school
