I never had the opportunity myself, but my 2 boys were in cub scouts for a few years. Unfortunately, things were not well organized and the leaders were all mainly people who were really too stressed out to be hanging out with a bunch of energetic kids( lots of shouting, etc.)They eventually...
Well , maybe some of the European ladies would have some better ideas as to what is available over there, but I often wear Rimmel's "Hot To Trot" in the daytime..it is quite sheer.
Frankly,I am mostly sewing my own these days. Actual vintage 20's and 30's clothes that are in wearable condition are mainly too expensive for my pocketbook, and so are good repros. Especially something that can really be considered "day wear" is nearly impossible to find anyway.

a lot of the products are high end, but at a discount, but also the clearance section has some drastically reduced prices on some normally expensive goodies, which just sweetens the deal...
HOLY Kamoley!! I haven't been in this thread for awhile, but right now i want to cancel everything else on my slate this weekend and whip up something!!
LOL , I do, actually..What's funny is i have also found my 13 year old son, sneaking into my room and putting some onlol
(mind you...he also takes my foot scrubber, peppermint foot lotion, and cocoa butter lotion) Now that i think about it, alot of products smell like dessert
I'm a very good whistler. I think i started doing it when i was little from imitating my Dad,who was an amazing whistler. But, my Grandmother , who lived with us, believed it was very unladylike and hated it..(I should really start practicing again , now that i am a grownup and can do what i like:)
And these I found on zappos ..completely impractical as they go with nothing i have, they do come in ivory and black as well, but they don't do for me what these do:)
These i also love..and a tad more practical( is it too obvious I have a thing for t-straps and mary janes??:D
What about other aging issues, such as freckles, sun spots and uneven texture? Has anyone used any skin brightening products? I am 41, and really don't have much in the way of wrinkles, but i would like to even out my skin tone.Is this a losing battle? or has anyone tried something that actually...
