Keds surgery?
I have prescription orthotics for my flat feet that have a good degree of arch support and little heels even! They work just fine in my Keds. However, the arch support doesn't extend to the balls of my feet, so I have adequate toe room, which might not be the case with store bought inserts...- pigeon toe

Shoe Addiction...or Something Else......
Oh goodness. My addiction is vintage dresses. Mostly from the late 30's - early 50's, especially if they nip in at the waist or are a really great color/print. I can never have enough. Still on the hunt for the perfect jean! I bought these skinny legged, dark denim jeans with a 10 inch rise (hopefully they'll be high-waisted enough) for $100 tonight! They are totally gonna need to be hemmed too. But they're originally $180, so at least I saved almost half!- pigeon toe
