Vaseline
I use it, on occasion. I use it as an eyeshadow primer and sometimes as a way to intensify blush and highlight products in my makeup routine. I made a video tutorial. I won't post it unless someone requests it. The trick with using vaseline is just using the tiniest bit you need, not going... -

Lady Day, I can't find the exact post to quote but I seem to remember you having your waist cincher altered, take in 5 inches? Could I get the same effect just by purchasing a much smaller size than I would normally take?- PS

I haven't taken the full vintage plunge yet. I have just a couple items. But I do try to buy more classic pieces that have a vintage-ish feel. The most vintage I wear on a day to day basis is my apron. With two kids under 5 it keeps me clean.- PS

Sarah Louise, The pencil skirt I have is lined so it really minimizes how much of the garter belt you see. You could always get an open bottom girdle..few have detachable garters, I imagine it would show much less.- PS
