    Are you referring to a little piece in the top of a sleeve, almost like a little ruffle? If so I would imagine you gather it with your sleeve and include it in the seam when you put it in the armhole. I have seen dresses with puffed sleeves that have this in the top to keep the "puffs".

    I had this exact thing happen to me last year only the seller wanted an extra $20. They also gave me a big sob story about being disabled etc. I'm sorry but I don't fall for that nonsense.     How about Social Tea cookies? They were similar to Lorna Doon's. I last saw them in the 80's. Cash registers that you don't scan the bar code but actually key the price or item in. Knobs on TV's and about to go out, being able to see channels with a TV antenna.
