Wow... I am stunned. I adore this man. Winter Light is one of my favorite films; I could watch him in it endlessly. You have superior taste, my dear!
My current favorite man in the world though is Richard Armitage. Just...wow.
But I can't forget my first love, Mr. Oldman...
I love them all. I do have a soft spot for European Vacation, because I saw it in the movies as a kid, but the first one is definitely my favorite.
Guard- Has your father ever killed anyone?
Rusty- Just a dog. Oh- and my Aunt Edna.
Clark- Hey! you can't prove that Russ.
lol
The Illusionist is based on a short story called "Eisenheim the Illusionist" by Stephen Millhauser. It's a good story, but the movie is better. However, The Prestige is also based on a book- "The Prestige" by Christopher Priest- and the book is far superior to the film. I'd heartily recommend...
Whoa... Death In June. My friend Scott used to work for this horrible little magazine called Propaganda, and when they somehow got an interview with DIJ, it was like, this monumental event... Now I feel old.;)
Have you ever seen Neubauten live? They are probably the best live show I've ever...
It was definitely a little slow, but getting to see that much of Ben in action makes up for it. He is definitely my favorite person on TV at the moment. Wow.

I agree! While not a fan of The SG musically, I cannot honestly say that I disliked them, either. They were fun, and we need that sometimes. As to Mrs. Beckham personally, I think she looks absolutely stunning 8 times out of 10. While not everyone will always like WHAT she is wearing, at least...
The Palace Theatre; Albany, New York:
They run old movies there every Monday night. I got to see GWTW there, and next up is Lawrence of Arabia. The foyer is stunning, but I can't locate any pictures of it...

Wow, what a lovely store. Maybe if I could get the boyfriend in there, he'd be so overwhelmed he'd buy one and my transformation would be complete...HaHaHa!!!!
Okay, this is my new favorite saying:
I read these boards precisely to learn things I did not know from people who are more knowledgeable than me. If there is something that I am knowledgeable about, I love to share it with those who are curious. That seems, at least to me, the sum total of...
