Curly-Q's!
My first attempt at a double crochet and a pattern. I loved these Curly Q's when I was little and so I am making some for my daughter. She was sooooooooooooo happy.. hee hee!:D
Aha! Thank you! If I am correct in thinking it is the same thing, I bet you can find it in Sally's where the perm section is. We used to wrap a length of cotton around the head to catch the solution drippings.
In my experience, the flannel is much softer on your skin than the regular wash cloth, and I ahve some softer ones! I really prefer the flannel.
I just get some selvage pieces and serge the ends. Easy Peasy!
And can I just say, that my fine lines are going away?!! :D
That happens everytime I put lottabody in a spray bottle I get "stream" no matter how it's adjusted. [huh]
Although, I just found this new (to me) stuff called ISO PLUS and it's a spray wrapping lotion. Works great! I find it in the African american hair section...Sally's has it, and so do...
The Shirt, your hair is really beautiful! The curls came out very nice inded and your fringe looks great.. I wouldn't have known different until you said something! It's a beautiful picture of you!
Fifties Freak, great hair!! I never would have thought your hair was that long either...
IOF, that cut is adorable on you! Not everyone can pull off a pixie cut, and you wear it well! ahhh, the ease of wash and wear.... a little product to jazz it up when you want... good stuff!! And I am pining after your red phone. I had a black one very similar to it long ago from...Pottery...
I don't know how it will do for musty stinky smell, but this stuff works like no one's business on cat urine. I know for a fact, I had the "Seinfeld" car, due to a little accident the cat had on a long trip. I tried every kind of smell-be-gone there is out there. After all of it, this one...
All the pictures came out great Kamikat! :eusa_clap :D (jumping up and down!)
The ony of you wagging your finger, you remind me of Ginger Rogers.
And I just love the one of you in the gingham on your bum, Your expression is perfect!
Lovely pictures!
I have the Crimson too! I love it! It's versatile.. I use it lightly for regular use, and go a bit heavier when I'm out dancing at night... or if I know I will be in pics.. otherwise my blush never shows.
The great thing about perms are, it will make flat hair have life. If you don't have time to be curling your hair every day and you can't stand it being flat and straight, it's a wonderful thing. If you want to set it, it will practically curl itself around the roller. For those reasons...
I used quite a bit.. but no kidding, I did waves and spit curls, then air dried... it stuck like glue. (yet brushed out easily when I finally gave it a go;) ) Damn, I should have taken a picture:rolleyes: ..
