In most places, if you take a standard thing, then customise it, or, somehow modify it from original, you can't return it. Now consider a product which has no standard form. Which is only m2m. I could ask for the jacket to be sent back, as is. I would just then be out of pocket for the money I spent to ship the jacket to him in Greece from Ireland in Feb 2023.
