    My mom wears lipstick like that (not matte though), so I know it must exist somewhere! I was looking at the Benefit site and maybe their lipstick in Skinny Dip or Rocket Pop might work? Their lipsticks are more of a cream or satin finish, but with a little powder you could make it matte.
