The Crystal Restaurant in Watertown, New York. Opened in 1919 it has been operated by the same family since 1944. The interior is virtually untouched since the 1930s. How would you earn a living?
Hard Soldiering and Hard Fun.......what more can one ask for! Long gone are the days when "top" would arrive to formation visibly hung-over, puffing away then proceed to smoke the entire Company on a run. I idolized those guys but they are growing extinct.- DharmaBum

What are you listening to?
I have a Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller station in my Pandora that get's play every morning and night. The commercials can be bothersome but the variety more than makes up for it! For the commute it's 40's on 4! -
What Was The Last Movie You Watched?
"Double Indemnity" last night and "Scarlet Street" two nights ago. I don't currently have television which aids my ability to seek out and enjoy the classics. Less options, less distraction, more quality.- DharmaBum

I would not change a thing......Active Duty Army.....just like the boys in "From Here To Eternity". However two caveats; we don't seem to have as much fun now as Sinatra and the gang had in pre-WW2 Hawaii so I would look forward to that aspect.
