Under Eye Circles
Preperation H is great for swelling under the eyes. You just have to know to put it on sparingly. :D . I just use a basic yellow tinged concealer for my cirlces which I too am prone to. -

Daisy, that would be fantastic. We could also hit the consignment shop righ accross the street from the Soul. The only downfall with thrifting in this area is that there are weeks where I will find nothing and then there will be weeks where I strike gold. It's either feast or famine. :D- Kimberly

It is currently at chin length and layered. I did a quick curl just now with dirty hair so it came out pretty good, but not good enough for pics yet. I am going to give it my 100% all tomorrow morning and will post pics then. :D -

I have it on with a belt. It is a thinner belt and not at all busy so it goes better with it. I was complimented on the dress while in line getting coffee, by the cashier at the coffee counter and in the elevator so I guess it looks pretty good! :eusa_clap.- Kimberly

No I don't plan on reselling but you never know. I am going to cut them off to do a service to the dress. You are both right and between the pattern, buttons and accents it is far too busy for a belt that needs loops. I have just never purposely cut anything off of anything vintage before so...- Kimberly
