When I was in Belgium for the day with school about 7 years ago my friend was dressed in quite a goth sort of way with a nose ring and choker type spiky necklace on and 2 adult men came up to him, said something clearly nasty and laughed in his face before walking away. We didn't speak French so...
For the most part. I know a girl who almost got breast implants on the NHS because of how down she was about her boobs. She didn't go through with it because her boyfriend didn't want her to but she would have otherwise.
I don't think that matters. I went to a comprehensive secondary school in Barking, a completely rank part of the country. I had pink hair and around 7 facial piercings and I never once had people act nastily toward me. I had a lot of questions yes and sometimes silly comments (like "does that go...
Thanks for your replies! I will ask my doctor about seeing a dermatologist.
My nails start growing quite far up my finger, so if I kept them cut to the tip of my finger they would look ugly because they'd be REALLY short. I don't know if that makes sense. Plus fake nails just don't appeal to...
I don't think it's a medical issue, I think it's just how my nails grow. Plus, over here you have to be referred to dermatologists by your GP and I doubt mine would refer me for this. However I might mention it next time i'm there.
I did a search and couldn't find anything so I thought I'd make this thread.
I bit my nails all my life until about Christmas time when I decided to try to grow them. The thing is, when I did grow them they didn't seem to grow normally. I've googled it and found out I have whats called ski...
I have a mini YSL lipstick and i'd love a full sized one as it's almost finished but I recently found out that line was discontinued :( It's was the Rouge Personnel line.
Ah. Well, I actually read about it being how often you reapply here lol. A lady (I can't remember who) said she works in skin care and seemed a little irritated at the fact it's a common misconception that people think it's the strength. I don't know though! :D
I've heard that the SPF isn't how strong it is but it dictates as to how often you reapply. If that is true then if the SPF in a lotion is the same as in a sunscreen then the staying power should be the same.
It does make sense but that's just not the way it works on forums. Your threads will end up getting locked meaning you can't reply again or merged with the existing threads meaning you can chat but you may as well have replied to the original thread instead of making a new one. lol
I'm really disappointed to see how some people have reacted to how the interviewer was dressed. I think working in a place that allows you to express yourself through your clothes is awesome and I can only hope that one day I will be able to find something like that.
