I have only tested the modern EdT (or EdP) and was so disappointed! Shalimar ought to suit me, but I just found it sickly sweet. I need to test the vintage version as I knoe they are usually very different for the better!

I find them very easy to work with, but habven't had any trouble with bleeding. I always prep my lips before with foundation and use a lip liner, though.
I can't stand Ruby Woo just because of the dryness, even when I use it with the lip prep from MAC that I was recommneded to use with it. I take Revlon any day over MAC period, when it comes to lipsticks.
But I really, really love Besame. I purchased their sample pack a couple of months ago...

A former workmate visited my job a few days ago. Since he quit my 40's style have developed and that day I had my hair in vistory rolls. When he saw me he spontaneously said "Wow, that look really suits you!" This from a person who never were the kind to give out compliments.

I want to try that one- I really like Revlon's Certainly Red that is a 50's shade as well. I'v heard it being called a dupe for Ruby Woo (it should be the other way around though, as Ceratinly Red was here first) and theough tehy aren't an exact match it is the closest i have ever found.
I bought the sample pack from What Katie Did, which, being in Sweden, was more economical for me. I don't know if teh samples are larger now, but I read somewhere that the amount lipstick you get is equal to three of their smaller lipsticks, only you get three colours. They seem to last forever...
