Hi all,
I will never be a cowboy, or anything like a cowboy, so I am selling some of my vintage denim that I have bought over the years.
First: Wrangler 17 1/2 x 35 Cowboy Style shirt. Made in the USA. I would say 1970s or so. Price: $15 Shipped
Second, Key Imperial Denim...
Hi all, bought a Borsalino thinking it would fit and, well, it didn't It's an Italian Size 5, which translates into an American Size 7, with a circumference of 22 inches. It's in excellent condition, with little or no wear as I can tell.
$30 shipped is my asking price...
I picked up a very nice pair of 8x24 binoculars the other day, brass showing through the wear marks, so I assume war time or near that. No military markings save for "Rathenow" on one side and what looks like a very stylized "M" on the other side.
Rathenow is a German city that was the hub...
Again: My Wested Indy from a seller on COW. I LOVE THIS JACKET. It fits, it feels great and I love the look of it.
-My Wested Doctor Who Jacket: It was nice and inexpensive but it feels excellent, the leather is nice and thick and, since I lost a little weight+ stretching it a bit.. it's...
Wested has been having communication issues over on Club Obi Wan with the Indy jacket. If you can get around this the Wested Doctor jacket is a excellent price for a very nice jacket. I love mine, frankly.
It's heavy as hell and quite warm.
Back 30, 40 years ago many department store brands rivaled even AE or Alden today. I have a pair of brown JC Penny Longwings and they are, by far, some of the most well constructed shoes I have ever owned and comfy too.
For saddle shoes and the like I have a modern pair of Bass that work just...
College often invite business and agencies to recruit on campus and the students thus have an event that will hopefully help them get a job. These are usually pretty big with big, bright displays. Hence, job fair!
This is where I got my big foam finger from some construction company.
When I got home today I found a surprise on my porch! My wife hoarked the camera, so no pics right now but let me say this: these rival any of the high end brands in this thread, hands down. Best deal for the price. They were brand new and just plain damn nice boots that are perfect for me...
I like mine, but I ordered a 42 and even after shrinking, they are just too damn big for me. They're even hemmed to a 29".
Anybody want a slightly used pair of ATF HTBs?
On that note the Marine ones I bought from them are fantastic.
Just ordered it; I like the pictures and pretty much every tradly blog is raving. I thought I'd be fun for the money at any rate. I'll give a full review once I get it in.
Check out a book called Shockingly Close to the Truth. It's within the interests of the forum! The author is an old time Saucer buff and was one of the "founding fathers" of the craze...
Tennessee, Knoxville, right? Looks like the Stadium parking garage to me. Got my PhD from there, started wearing hats there as well. I worked with Arts and Sciences Advising... good times.
If you want a grey Stratton cheap, I have one in 7 3/8 for $20 shipped.
I bought it thinking it would work for me, but it doesn't look right on my head. I can't do much of anything with it to make it work, so I want to get of the damn thing!
I was thinking of replacing it with a Kiwi...
Just ordered a pair of these;

I really like the look, and the sole looks great. Any opinions?
I thought it would be best to request this here:
I need a wind trolley button for my Stetson Open Road, mine went a travelin' one day and never came back. It's a blue-grey color, but I am willing to take anything just to get it in shape for the fall.
Just PM me, please with details, I...
