I just noticed this when someone else quoted it. Congrats! I've been tempted by the Stylemaster before, nice looking hats!
The Campdrafts are NICE hats. It may be in my mind, but they seem to have an extra little touch of attention put to their finish, they're extremely soft! I'm currently...
I was the one at 46 seconds [well, that time is off, too... it was in the 50's so I had time to react to an outbid...], but it's still screwy. I question the "order" of bids at times, especially on the auction I mentioned before when a quick [less than a minute after an auction end] check of the...
With a few seconds to spare, I was outbid on this nice Penman [huh]
Looking at the bid history, something was screwy... it's showing the winning bid was placed before mine, yet I wasn't instantly outbid, I sat as the winner until 2-3 seconds to go. This isn't the first auction I've lost that I...
That's really cool. I might add that you're in a BEAUTIFUL part of the country, too!
I'm considering it if I don't win a hat I'm eyeing on eBay at the moment.
They must think it's the keys to Fort Knox, the meaning of modern Stetson X's.... but as Goldfinger showed us... it's just a bank, and can be blown. lol

I owned a Campdraft, I couldn't get used to the crown height, which for some reason, on the sliverbellies look MUCH taller than they are.
I think it suits you quite well. The color compliments your skin tones, and you look at home in 'er already, And yeah, they are very lightweight hats...

When I mentioned the Borso vs. beaver, I was strictly speaking of the price of Borso factory vs. a better quality custom for relatively the same price.
Personally, having owned both beaver and rabbit hats, I...
Penman's beaver hats start at $350 while his rabbits start at $250.
If it were a question of paying $300 something for a factory rabbit Borsolino or $350 for a custom beaver... I'd be all over the beaver, even if it means a bit of lead time. Simple economics, factory-stamp-em-out [and suspect...
To me, it's rare for grey and brown to actually look that good together... it has to be put together thoughtfully, not something just thrown on.
Mario has done that in this photo. :eusa_clap

The problem for men and "slimming" garments is their arms will look even punier if they're not very muscular. [huh] Sort of like men wearing those skin tight Under Armour shirts and chicken leg arms...
Randy
Well, I wouldn't say that you look attractive to me with it...  but it seems to suit you well... and if it gets you female smiles, I'd say it works.
