I've never tried on an Aero HWM, but to the best of my knowledge, a HWM will fit larger than a Maxwell with the same tag size.- philosophy101

Yes, if you're 70kg and 40" chest I think size 38 would probably be best for you in a Maxwell. If I were to do it over again I'd order a 38.- philosophy101

I'm 5'8", 147 lbs., 40" chest, 31" waist. But keep in mind it is tight on me in the chest area (plenty of room in the belly area). I think it would better fit someone who is a approximately a 38" chest.- philosophy101
