Dry-cleaner vs manufacturer- who is responsible?

Thank you. I didn't mention it specifically, but I did tweet once about my disappointment with them and tagged them. I later deleted the tweet when they actually got back to me. I guess the main problem is that they seem completely disorganised. I have by now dealt with 7 different people, so...

Dry-cleaner vs manufacturer- who is responsible?

Thanks ladies :) Sheeplady, I saw a few coats on their website I liked, but they have now all sold out, so I've asked for a refund.

Dry-cleaner vs manufacturer- who is responsible?

Just an update, I have finally received an email from the manager of the London Urban Outfitters flagship store, and they have offered me a replacement or a full refund for my faulty coat! It has taken a few weeks and many emails, but I am thrilled. Thanks for all your advice and support ladies...

    Best beauty decision you've made?

I bought Protect & Perfect a while ago and am just finishing the tube. I have to say I couldn't see any difference whatsoever, and for that price I had higher hopes.

Aww, thank you Kate! We really do have scarily similar tastes, don't we?! I just received the boots five minutes ago and they are too small, so will try to exchange them tomorrow. They have good reviews anyway, so I hope they are comfy. The skirt is last season (or year?) Zara and cost £0.99 if...

Dry-cleaner vs manufacturer- who is responsible?

Thanks for the advice :) I have already tweeted about the merchant and designer and tagged them in the tweets - they seemed to respond a whole lot quicker after that!

Dry-cleaner vs manufacturer- who is responsible?

Thanks again everyone. Funny you should mention Karen Millen, my dry cleaner said they have had expensive coats by Karen Millen do the same thing, and that coats are supposed to be tested with all their decorations and buttons, again and again, to see if they hold up. I finally got a response...
