That color in the picture is VERY complementary to your skin tone...I don't think any lighter would be good, but auburn is definetely your shade!

It took me awhile to get used to having well defined brows...probably about a month or two. For the longest time I had the 'barely there' brows- I think because since I grew up with thick brows that I was going for the exact opposite (they were just not in!).

Since my hair doesn't curl all that easily, I'll just speak for myself but, yes, I do put some gel (just a small amount) onto my dry hair.
For best results, use small sections of hair, otherwise it really doesn't look like it gives you much curl.

I plan on buying the double barrel iron this week, so as soon as I get it, I'll take a pic and post it in here! I did however see a picture of the difference between the curl of using both irons and the double does seem to give more of a pronounce curl.
As far as being hard on hair; With mine...
In this photo I used a triple barrel iron on my hair (by this time though it did lose a little curl)...you use it just like a crimper...extremely easy to use!
There's also a double barrel out (which I can't wait to try) which gives you even more curl.
This is where advertising has it SO wrong! Just about every woman's or men's magazine (which by the way, do any of you other gals get annoyed at trying to be sold something by a picture of a naked woman?-it really does nothing for me:rolleyes: ) anyways, the half-naked, show off all your creases...
