I almost bought one of those a year or two ago when I was still smoking cigars and pipes. (one of these days I should sell the cigars in my humi[huh] )
Pros:
Reversible (I actually LIKE the reverse pattern)
Corduroy (I really like corduroy)
Skull Button (LOVE it!)
Cons:

I own that Woolrich coat.
Although they are now imported, they are still very good quality.
I got mine for $80 on summer closeout from Gander Mountain a couple years ago.
They are cut very large so you can layer.
The one thing I don't like are the cuffs inside the sleeves. While...
You do have a point. But they might look funny...I don't usually wear boot-cut jeans...
and even if nobody would notice, I'd know they looked goofy...
Kind of like how you ladies just feel better when you're wearing nicer undergarments even though nobody but you might see them that day?
I...
I thought of that, but the ankle of the boot is a pretty small circumfrence...so if the leather is even longer on top I fear they will end up looking like buccaneer boots! lol

i can't believe you put Tom Waits in the same SENTENCE with Richard Cheese.
while i have enjoyed many of Richard's novelty parodies,
Tom Waits is a brilliant songwriter and musician. He's not faux anything in my opinion. He has always had his own odd and...

It's in my top 5. Which changes with my mood.
My FAVORITE movies aren't necessarily the "greatest ever made", though...
It's just so subjective. I like certain movies because of how BAD they are.
And I know I'm a heretic, but some movies that people consider GREAT...
