    Just FYI, go w/a 40 or even a 42 if you want those measurements. I had a 40 and a 42. I think the shoulder on the 42 was 18" and the chest was 22".

    Thx Kuro, it does fit perfectly, I just don't use it enough because I don't wear T-shirts too often. But if it doesn't get any action here I'm happy to hold onto it.
