We have started buying loose tobacco to make our own, we have a roller for unfiltered and an injector for filter cigarettes, they are about to go up a lot! But the flavor is actually better, fewer chemicals, and we have saved quit a bit of money.
I actually get to wear my stuff finally! Ft. McKavett this weekend, a camel corp. is supposed to be there, it should be loads of fun.
I've been looking at pictures of Osa Johnson to get ideas.
I am a fan of both the tv show and the books.
You can read the first chapter of book nine on Charlaine Harris' website:

and I am looking forward to season two... although I hear it strays even more from the 2nd book, which it will be...
The Academy Awards is a popularity contest, or possibly a dart throwing exercise. There was an academy member on a news cast here locally, who admitted he didn't watch all the nominees.
I love aprons! I would wear one all the time, but I only have 2.
I have to have this one!

Totally. I was talking about the tourists. I have heard that the places the locals hang out are fabulous. My apologies, I was talking about people watching on the strip and downtown.

I carried around the picture I wanted for a year, so I knew that was it. My cousin got a longhorn on a whim and later had it removed. Which was probably a lot more than she paid for the tattoo.
I can't help but think of Dobie Gillis and Maynard G. Krebs lol

I have to agree that there were probably very few (if any) "good girls" with tattoos in the 40's, but this isn't the 40's. And honestly, oh...there might be a poll somewhere, most people that I know that dress exclusively vintage have tattoos. But it is totally personal and something that will...
I have found loads of patterns for hats on line, but trying to find vintage ones is a little more difficult. I've noticed some cloches in some of the fall fashion previews, but they are really never out of style.
I think I found the weight that you lost! I really thought I would run more after dropping my gym membership, not so unfortunately. But that is just my own laziness, I have incentive now, none of my clothes fit! :eusa_doh:
I haven't used that stuff in years. Mostly because there are so many products out now that smell better. It smells fine, but kind of masculine if you ask me. My hair is very coarse and curly, so I do like to use products similar. One of my favs is the Coconut Oil Hair Shine from the Body Shop...
