I'm at 22 months (2 years at the end of February), so I wouldn't sweat it if I were you. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get the thing, but I doubt you've been forgotten. I'm waiting on a traveler gray. I have a BIG birthday coming up. Maybe it will show up for it.

Alden and Allen Edmonds are the best sources for good quality narrow width shoes. Do regular searches on ebay. You'll find vintage shoes in narrow widths, too.
Check out both Walmart and Target for cheap argyle socks. I've been using the Walmart version as everyday socks for awhile. They're not fantastic, but look pretty good and are nigh disposable.
