I have to say, I've started using the cold cream method for cleansing, and it's already made such a difference. I really really love it. It's a little greasy at first, but my skin kinda settled down after a few days and using a nice gentle toner after made all the difference. Miss Molly :)
At the moment I wear Revlon Volcanic Red (I think!) and it's a lovely colour and texture. Very smooth. But I have a fairly yellow skin tone and I'm really looking for a more matte colour which would suit me. Does anyone have any suggestions?! Thanks! Miss Molly
Ooh yay!
It sounds kinda simple! I just need to get me some decent rollers, since pincurls are evidently to be avoided by me... I've asked for some pretty hair combs from my sister for Christmas too, so I should soon have a nice supply of lovely hair thingies :D
It's nice to hear that people slowly grew into becoming 'vintage'! For ages I wanted to change my style to suit my personality more, but never had the confidence. Then I just thought, this is me! If I have to hide who I am from my friends for fear they might not like it, they're not my true...
Gorgeous!
Stace Face, I love your hair in that photo! I recently had my long hair chopped off to a bob length, and for the life of me I can't work out how to make it look like that! What did you do to it? Was it pincurled? My pincurls are rubbish... [huh]
Bump it up a bit!
Hmmm... it seems no one's written on this thread for a while, but it seemed really interesting, so I figured I'd post!
I'm 18, I really don't know how I first got into the whole vintage scene, but I guess it kinda started with musicals. I love musicals! I started watching...
