Agreed, snug and a little tight is fine so long as not uncomfortable, if the seems from the arm hole are squeezing into your pits it’s a definite no go.
Keep it simple. Sell to new members by all means, but only buy from proven ones. Although I sold as a new member a while back and appreciated the trusting buyer. Other than that just go with your gut.
Change of thought. As long as it’s not uncomfortable and pulling up under the arm pits I would keep it. It should start to stretch a little and soften up as you wear it. So as long as it’s not unbearable, keep it.
I would size up. In my experience when it comes down to comfort and looks I always lean towards comfort. I’ve had to let go of jackets in the past that look amazing in a photo but just weren’t practical to wear. If your lucky, looks and comfort line up. That’s what we are all searching for I guess.
I’m 5’8, 175, 41” chest And typically wear a 44 in repro A2s.
Good fit is just a personal preference and although I could wear that I prefer it in a 44. Hope this helps anyone who is considering buying it. Thanks
Selling an absolute beauty here.
Dull orange lining, dull reddish thread, Cognac Shinki horse hide. Unbroken, leather and lining is in top top shape. Couple of small holes in the knits and a few wear marks here and there but Other than that it looks new.
