I used to have a Christys foldaway. it was a great hat, although i sold it as i'd bought wrong size (it was my starter hat).
as soon as i can find another one in grey i'd have no hesitation in buying another.although i notice some websites are charging
a fortune for them. nice hat but not worth...
one wonders why dont they/and others like them dont offer an internet shop? or am I not clicking on the correct icon?
i'd love to at least be able to see their full stock,or a selection.esp their hats. Pity.
I've never had a problem with akubra hat sizes. im a 57, they all (stylemasters/downunder) have fitted like a glove. with no shrinkage issues.
the only problem i've had is I LOVE the stylemasters, but dont care for the downunder. i'm more of an old style fedora man..
after buying a stylemaster in moonstone and liking it so much, i've just ordered one in carbon grey, Sam from everything Austrailian just emailed saying its already on its way! when will this obsession end?
I also at first I felt self conscious and only once got a snidely remark! but I look at it this way. I don't dress like I have I have no self respect or pride, nor do I act that way. I'm not a sheep that follows 'fashion'.Hey I'd rather see someone wear a fedora than a baseball cap any day.
just...
my two pennies worth- found this on Wikipedia

After almost a 3 month wait,Sam at everything Austrialian shipped me this beauty. my first stylemaster,in moonstone.only took 5 days to get to me after Sam posted it!
